The last Allen ancestor in our line is:
Laura Allen - born 23 Nov 1816 in Ohio, daughter of David Allen and Lucy Berry.
She married Rev. John Lothrop Seymour, 17 Oct 1852, in Medina County, Ohio.
She had married first Mark Burdoin who died about 1850.
Laura died 30 Oct 1898. According to the Medina Gazette, she died in St. Louis, Gratiot County, Michigan, but we have not been able to find a record of her death or place of burial.
