According to Memorial to the Pioneer Women of the Western Reserve by The Women's Department of the Cleveland Centennial Commission, Vol II, 1896: "Wilson Lytle and wife Elizabeth [Brittain], 1798-1870,.....came early and settled on the Cleveland Road. Elizabeth must have been an exceedingly busy women as she reared a family of 16 children, many of whom are yet residents here. They came from Huntington, PA."
Elizabeth's parents were Joseph and Margaret Brittain.
