| Green peppers, large | 4 |

| Corn kernels, cooked | 2 cups |
| Tomatoes, canned | 1 1/4 cup |
| Breadcrumbs | 1/3 cup |
| Salt | To taste |
| Pepper | To taste |
Wash green peppers, cut a thin slice from stem end. Remove seeds. Cover with boiling salted water and simmer about 5 minutes. Drain. Stuff with minced onion, cooked corn, and canned tomatoes, salt and pepper mixture and top with breadcrumbs. Arrange green peppers, which have been stuffed, upright in a greased baking dish and bake in a moderate over (350°) for 30 - 45 minutes or until tender and brown on top.
