| Curry powder | 2-3 tsp. | 4-6 tsp. |
| Salt | 1 tsp. | 2 tsp. |
| Milk | 2 cups | 4 cups |
| Chicken, cubed cooked | 2 cups | 4 cups |
Melt butter; add apple, onions, and garlic; cook 5 minutes. Stir in flour, curry powder and salt. Slowly blend in milk. Cook and stir till thick. Add chicken; heat through.
Serve with rice.
