| Butter or margarine | 2 sticks |
| Flour | 1 1/2 cup |
| Sugar | 2 cups |
| Cocoa | 1/3 cup |
| Eggs | 4 |
| Baking powder | 1 1/2 tsp |
| Coconut, shredded | 1 cup |
| Nuts, chopped | 1 cup |
Cream butter, sugar, cocoa. Add eggs one at a time, beating well. Sift flour and baking powder then add to mix. Add coconut and nuts. Bake in 9 x 13" greased pan at 350° for 40 - 50 minutes. When done and while still hot, spread with 1 pint marshmallow cream. Let cake cool in pan.
Ice with the following (mixed together):
