| Peroncini peppers (long green peppers) | 1 or 2 |
| Garlic, crushed | 3 cloves |
| Cilantro, chopped | 2 Tbsp. |
| Salt | 1 tsp. |
| Vinegar | 1/4 cup |
| Lime juice | 2 Tbsp. |
| Tobasco sauce (hot pepper sauce) | 5 drops |
| Pepper | 1/4 tsp. |
| Olive oil | 1 Tbsp. |
Mix all ingredients together. Makes about 6 1/2 cups.
NOTE: I chop tomatoes, onions and peppers in food processor. Not too long for tomatoes - so they are still chunky.
