First Layer:
Mix butterscotch pudding mix with dry milk powder and water. Pour into chocolate piecrust.
Second Layer:
Mix chocolate pudding mix with dry milk powder and water. Pour over butterscotch pudding layer.
Third Layer:
Spread with whipped topping. Sprinkle with chopped pecans and mini chocolate chips.
Chill until set and serve.
