In the Name of God Amen, I Hezekiah Gorton of West Greenwich in the County of Kent and State of Rhode Island Being Sane in Mind though weak and debilitated in body in View of approaching dissolution do make this my last will and Testament in manner following that is to say
First My eldest son Daniel Gorton I have given him his part of my Estate that is what I intended allotted for him to have
Second I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Hannah Gorton one bed and one pair of sheets one table and one case of Drawers
Thirdly My daughter Phebe Wood deceased I gave her in her Life time what I allotted for her to have of my Estate
Fourthly My daughter Mary James deceased I gave her in her Life time what I allotted for her to have of my Estate
Fifthly I give and bequeath to Betsey Olive Larkham one Chest with a drawer one bed and bedsted and one pair of flannel sheets and with This is what I allotted for your Mothers portion that is deceased
Sixthly I gave my son Hezekiah Gorton his portion in land all that I allotted for him to have of my Estate
Seventhly I gave my Daughter Elizabeth James Deceased her part of my estate in her life time that I allotted for her to have
Eighthly I give and bequeath to my wife Eunice all my household ___ that I have not gave away and my ____ ____ if I leave any ____ also my ____ that I leave at my Decease.
Ninthly I give and bequeath unto my son William Gorton all the residue and remainder of my Estate and Estates both Real and personal To him his heirs and assigns forever he paying all my Debts and funeral charges
Lastly I hereto nominate and appoints my said son William Gorton Sole Executor of this my Last will and Testament hereby revoking and annulling all other and former wills by me made and Establishing this only as my last will and Testament
