Each of us has a place where we hope that we'll go;
Where we'll ALL meet in person - this we all know!

No rush to arrive there - till then we'll just "talk";
But once we're in heaven - through the gardens we'll "walk"!

And after we get there - we'll never more be alone;
Our friends will all be there - everyone we've ever known!

Not only our friends will we see, but our relatives too;
Won't it be nice when Grandma/Grandpa/Mom/Dad say hi to you?

Right now they're saving our place, at the table above;
And till we arrive there, we can still feel their love!

Knowing the table is set - with our name there engraved;
Should make us feel peaceful, and never afraid!

For once we arrive, we'll be "HOME" - - - - AT LONG LAST;
Then we'll just wonder - how did time go so fast?

Our "job" then, enjoyable, I'm sure it will be.....
To set the table for the next member of "our" family!
