Convention Centers: working a concession stand is an excellent moneymaker, but it takes many ladies and girls to work long hours. Sometimes you will find age limits on the girls that are allowed to work.

Food: We all enjoy eating!! Have a Spaghetti Supper, Pancake breakfast, Baked Potato and Salad Lunch, Poor Boy Sandwich supper, Chili supper, and many more easy to prepare foods can be used. Simply take donations as everyone moves through the serving line.

Egg Sale: Make a list of church members homes you plan to visit. Go to the first house on the list and tell them who you are and what you are raising money for and ask them for an egg. Then, go to the next house and sell them the egg for any donation amount. Go to the next house and get another egg and sell it to the fourth house, etc. This is repeated until you raise the amount of money you had set as a goal. Go through the list twice and switch the order of the houses so you are getting an egg at the house where you sold it first and then sell it to the next house. Great fun!!

Work Sale: Each girl earns $5.00 by doing any job she wants to and giving the money to the project. This can also work with a Slave Day Sale where a church member rents a slave for a day to do odd jobs and pays a pre-determined amount.

Flamboyant Flamingos: Purchase a pink plastic flamingo from the dollar store. Decorate it in a ridiculous way. Sneak into church member's yards and leave the ugly flamingo. The homeowner must pay $5.00 to have the ugly flamingo removed. They may then place it in the yard of another member or have one of the GMA girls do the dirty deed.

Stock Certificates: Make up a certificate that actually looks like a real stock bond. Sell the certificates as stock in the project with many dividends. Be creative and find Bible verses to use as dividends such as "Joy unspeakable", "Joy in knowing God's people."

The final dividend should be a stock holders dinner sponsored by the GMA girls and mothers as an appreciation feast. Give awards to the girls who sold the most certificates.
