THE MAGICIAN
Setting: A magic show 5th row on the left end. Michael and his brother, Jarred and Jared's friend Jason and Jason's sister Danielle who everyone calls Dan for short
Michael: do any of you losers want to slip back stage afterwards and do some damage?
Jason: Damage?
Michael: yeah…you me jar..and the ugly lady..(cutting him off)
Jarred: NO! and she looks better than you..
Michael: fine If your chicken…bock…bock..bock!
Dan: fine, if you shut up!!!!!
People: SHHHHHHHHHHH!
Dan: relax!!!
Set: after the show they slip backstage and into The Magician's dressing room. Michael finds the magician's book
Michael: OHHH baby!….found his book
Jason: put it back!
Michael: come on take it!
Jarred: Michael THOMAS TIMAKE!!
Michael: don't say that you sound like mom
Jarred: take it?…I don't think so!!
Michael: bock….bock
Jason: no…not this time
Michael: fine (with a small smile on his face)
Set: Michael's car, 35 miles down the road
Michael: you know what? I have a souvnier from the show..
Dan: their was no shop, how?….
Jason: no, you did not
Jarred: you did leave the book
Michael: I left it where it was when Jason said no not this time
Jason: in you hand?
Michael: of course
Dan: man
Michael: we will be home in 45 minutes, you can always walk home (everyone is quite the rest of the way home)
Set: 3 days later at Michael & Jarred's house. They're getting ready for a party the next day. Jason and Dan are there and Rhonda is at the door. Brittany is on the phone with Michael. Door bell rings.
Jason: got it (opens the door) hey Rhonda waz up?
Rhonda: nothing really, here to help with the party, (she likes him but he likes Brittany, Michael's girlfriend!)
Michael: ok kids I'm here to help until (smiles looks at Jason) Brittany gets here!!
Jason: (after he leaves the room) I hate that guy!
Rhonda: your to good for him anyway
Dan: if you sucked up any more you would be in space
Rhonda: (all laugh) not funny! (door bell rings)
Jason: I'll get it!
Rhonda: (runing after him) no I got it..( he opened the door and Brittany was standing there Rhonda tried to stop but went flying out the door instead)
Brittany: (all laugh) are you ok?
Rhonda: go ahead and laugh
Brittany: with you, not at you
Rhonda: can't laugh with me if I'm not laughing!!
Jason: Rhonda
Brittany: no let her say anything, it don't matter!
Michael: we will be in my room (looks at Jason and smiles)
Jason: (after they where out of sight) I hate that guy
Rhonda: I hate that girl
Dan: I think we should make a lot of noise so they will come down here
Jason: you're the best
Dan: I know, and don't stop there
Jarred: pretty, nice and……
Jason: Dan, I know who likes you
Dan: I know who I like (looking at Jarred)
( they make a lot of noise so Michael came down to the living room not knowing that Brittany was right behind him)
Michael: what are you doing?
Jason: pre-partying
Michael: I do have a girlfriend
Jason: does this one fold out and pin up on your wall like the last 50, 60 millon….haaa (all laugh even Brittany who walked around Michael. Jason loses his smile)
Brittany: what is going on down here?
Jason: per-party….sorry about that pin up joke
Brittany: cool, can we help or jump in the fun
Rhonda: I don't know…..I mean…(cutting off)
Dan: sure
Brittany: prefect!
Set: late that night
Michael: touch what?
Brittany: haaaa ohh man you mean you realy did that
Jason: Michael, did you return that book?
Brittany: what book?
Jarred: the magic book
Michael: no
Brittany: go get it
Michael: what?
Brittany: go get it
Michael:ok (door bell rings) frist I'll get the door
Birttany: ohhh, who would be here this time of night
Dan: 11:00 wow
Jason: I think we better get home
Brittany: Michael,…. Michael….we are leaving
Jerred: where is he?
Rhonda: no clue
Magician: he's right here (all look at door)
Brittany: who are you?
Mag: I'm the Magician, and I'm going to make you disappear [pulls out a knife]
Jason: split up, Jarred go with Dan don't let her get hurt
Jarred: run (they all run Rhonda following Jason and Brittany magician following them. Michael's head rolls a cross the floor)
Brittany: frist the book and then a magician this praty is no good, what do they have in comman?
Jason: Michael oh man
Rhonda: good oh man or bad oh man
Jason: bad…very very bad
Brittany: I know your going to say call 911
Jason: what's the number??
Rhonda: your kidding right?
Brittany: this is the part where someone says lets get out of here
Jason: lets get out of here
Rhonda: read my mind!
Brittany: he not after us………Jarred and…..
Jason: DANIELLE…..HE'S AFTER YOU RUN, HIDE!
Rhonda: shut up
Brittany: we have to help them

Set: Jarred & Dan running
Dan: you heard my brother
Jarred: yeah, but I don't see him
Dan: a phone (Jarred picks it up but it's dead)
Jarred: he cut the phone line, I SEE HIM, RUN! (they run in to a room and lock the door. The magician trys to knock it down)
Jarred: he going to break it down
Dan: (talking real fast) oh no I don't want to die, do you want to die, I don't want to die, I.. (cutting her off by kissing her they fall on the ground and are kissing like….well you know..wild. Boom the door falls down and they looked up to see…)
Brittany: oh man did we get the room?
Jason: (laughing) No…but did you see the magician guy any where
Dan: why?
Jarred: (both are standing now) you can't kill him by youself
Brittany: or with a kitchen knife
Jason: try a hunting knife
Jarred: it might work
Jason: Brittany will not give it to me
Brittany: I'm not crazy
Dan: up stars now!
Set: up in Jarred's room they make a plan and are getting ready Brittany and Jason are the only ones in the room)
Brittany: your dressed bright for the mission
Jason: mission? (she walks over with black t-shrit and jacket standing in front of him pulls he's jacket off)
Brittany: you and..(he kiss her)
Jason: No, your not the frist one to ask me if Rhonda is my girlfriend. She not.. (she put her hands around him and he picks her up and lays her on the bed still kissing when…)
Rhonda: (walks in and sees trun and runs down stars) I HATE HATE HATE THAT BRAT!
(back with Dan)
Jarred: about in that room
Dan: don't worry…forget about
Jarred: if I don't want to?
Dan: (smiling) good I never want to..(Jarred leans over kisses her…)
Jarred: we should get back there to my room…maybe
Dan: yeah, maybe, in a minute
(back at Brittany)
Brittany: we need to get you changed in the black stuff
Jason: ok (leans over and kiss her one more time..)
Dan: hey was up?
Brittany: nothing, can I talk to you while he changes?
Dan: yeah (they go and set on the steps)
Brittany: so you and Jarred…?
Dan: I hope so, going out?
Brittany: yeah
Dan: you know my brother really likes you
Brittany: I know
Dan: do you think, this is going to sound wierd but, go out with him.
Brittany: if he ask me, sure
Dan: cool
Brittany: he's a good guy
Dan: we couldn't have it any other way. (in the room)
Jason: what are they talking about?
Jarred: you

Jarred: did you know, that Brittany would go out with…

Jarred: ok..nice you go rest now

Jarred: how? (they open the door..go to the steps and..)
Jason: right out the door
Jarred: what?
Jason: He thinks we will do anything but go out the front door
Brittany: (Jason walk down the step and out the door) he went to the door. He just walked right out the door, man was that to easy
Dan: to easy infact
Brittany: lets go, out the door? (Jason runs in and is breathing hard)
Jason: found the Magician (runs up the steps) get to the room
Brittany: why where's Rhonda? (Magician walks in with two heads and throws them away)
Mag: I need a Volunteer, how about the pretty lady. Brittany?!!!
Brittany: Bite me (they all run in the room)
Jason: lock the door
Dan: we are going to die
Brittany: not if I can help. It we will live and we will beat the crap out of this son of a..a…a..
Jason: gun?
Brittany: yeah. J
Dan: laugh out loud for now. But when he breaks that door down I'll be per-scared
Jarred: man
Brittany: I got an idea
Jason: all ears
Brittany: we will do the greatest disappearing trick ever
Jason: how! I'm in
Dan: me to

Set: magician is breaking down the door
Mag: (boom…the door is down) where are you brats……… (no one answers after a while) all come on and answer me. You kids don't get it do you. Without my book I'm no good, washed up, but you don't care. So you'll DIE!!!!!!!! (he leaves the room)
Set: Brittany-Jason-Dan-Jarred are running down the road.
Brittany: bet he's real mad
Jason: yeah
Jarred: (grabs Dan's hand) I would love it if you would go out with me
Dan: what, are you crazy, ofcourse
Jason: yeah, you go man
Brittany: It won't take him long to find out what happen to us, lets go
Jason: fine
Brittany:fine
Jarred: fine
Dan: fine by me!!!
Set: cops pulls over and they tell him whats up. They go back to the house..
Magican: (outside sees them and runs down the road. The cops car hits him and he's dead...)
Set: one year later
Brittany: I'm so glad we can throw this party
Jason: me to...(phone rings)
Brittany: Hello?
Voice: Hello...I'm the Magician.....................
