Married Oney Scyprett Hervey in (maybe Dickson Co.) Tennessee in 1822 and emigrated to the Hardeman Co., TN in 1823 per family bible records. Birth per letter from Andrea K. Storm of 8 Feb. 1991.
A veteran of the second Seminole War of 1835-1842. He lost the use of a foot.
He practised medicine and farmed. A Union sympathiser during the Civil
War who lived in Jackson Co., Alabama until pressure forced him to go north to
Indiana.
