Tonight I am in Manning, SC.  It is cool here, but not as cold as the last 2 days.  I've seen more snow than I want the last 2 days.  I have a new student now and we picked up this load here today and found that this trailer had a flat.  So we brought it to this truck stop to be fixed.  They took their time.    So I ended up eating late.

I ate at this mexican restaurant across the street.  Mariachi's is GREAT!!!  I ordered Mocajeto.  They brought it out in a hot stone cauldron.   The meal consisted of shrimp, beef, chicken, onions, bell peppers, tomatoes and cheese cooked in that stone cauldron.  It also came with guacamole, sour cream and lettuce in one plate.  Next plate had mexican rice and refried beans.  And of course the usual chips and salsa.
