01/09/46 I was born Cassandra Faye Horton, on 1/9/46 in Tampa General Hospital, Tampa Flordia, my birth mother was supposed to have worked at Sears, my birth father was supposedly killed in the navy....i was place for adoption thru the Childrens Home Society in Jacksonville, Fl.
