I am ISO my paternal grandparents. My dad was born 5-24-46 in Jacksonville, ( Duval Co) to James and Lavern White. He was adopted by Harry and Susie Miner, his name is Howard Lee Miner. I would like to find any family he has. He has no connections but to us, his own family. Also would like to know if he has siblings. Sharon
