5/10/58 Female adoptee ISO any birth family born in Fort Lauderdale at Broward General Hospital by a Dr. Harry Jelstrom. B-Mother was 18 and living with aunt in Ft.Lauderdale(1958). I've been trying to get the Broward County Courthouse to open my records since 8/18/95 . I'm still waiting! I recieved my non-identifying info. after Thanksgiving. My birth mother did not stay in Ft.
