Birth year may be 1958 and month and date may have been changed on birth certificate. Adoptive parents Mr. & Mrs. James M. Moore Sr. Moved to Mississippi after adoption. Friend has now lost adoptive mother and would like to know more about his heritage. No pressing desire for a reunion. He just needs closure. Please send any info you can share.
