06/26/55 I was born in Tallahassee,Fl. I was left in a hospital there and sent to the Childrens Home in Tampa. I was 6 mths old when adopted. My birthmother was 39 when she had me. Undisclosing information tells me I have a half-brother 10 years older than myself. My birthmother had been married for apparently 10 years and was divorced. Apparently my birthmother was a wanderer. It is indicated that my birthmother was also adopted. She had a sister 2 years older than herself and they were seperated. They were found on a porch swing with a note written in Polish that they had not been christened. My birthmother was raised in a foster home and it was indicated that she was a very troubled child. She was in search of her sister and i wonder if she ever found her.My caseworker told me that my youngest daughter looks exactly like my birthmother. My mother was 5'6" and weighed around 200 lbs. She had brown hair. I have 2 wonderful children-and my caseworker was impressed that I had broken the "cycle" of adoption. I wish with all my heart I could share this with my birthmother and my brother. mcm1955@aol.com
