8/28/51 Born 08-28-51 in Opa Locka Florida. Birthmother is Jacqueline Ann Cash.I understand that I am the fifth child born to Jacqueline.She could not take care of another child so I was released for adoption.I have 2 brothers and 2 sisters so I'm told.I would really like to get in contact with them.My son was diagnosed with cancer which I'm told is genetic.
