09/05/55 Looking for my birth parents. I was born at Tampa General Hospital on Sept. 5, 1955 in the late a.m. or early p.m. My birth mother stayed at the Salvation Army Home for Unwed Mothers (on Lake Ellen Lane/Drive) in Tampa just prior to my birth. There were only 2 girls born at Tampa General on that day. The other girl child was born to Mr. & Mrs. LeVon Baker. I have received minimal non-identifying information from Tampa General. My birth mother was diagnosed gonorrhea prior to my birth. I was adopted out from Children's Home Inc. in Tampa.
