11/12/59 November 12, 1959. My name is Carl Eugene Reynolds, Jr. I have always know that I was adopted, and was told that my birth date is 1/12/60. This is what it reads on my official birth certificate. I have recently received a copy of my original birth cer ificate. It shows I was born on 11/12/59, with a birth name of Robert Lee Salas, at Jackson Memorial Hospital in Miami, Florida.
