08/15/61 My name is Cheryl Sams I was adopted on 08/18/61 but don't know if this is the date it was finalized or the day I came to live with my adoptive parents.I was born St. James Archer Hospital Dade county florida 08/15/61 adopted by Laura L. Sams and James A.Sams. In the past I have tried to trace it back to the doctor that delivered me at the hospital,but he had died before I tried to contact him,and the hostital was updating there files to computer. Me and my children have been experiancing medical problems and I need to know if it runs in my biological family.
