12/05/61 I am a Female Adoptee ISO any Bfamily. I was born in Ft Lauderdale Fl.at Broward General Hospital at 3:55 pm. I was 5 months old at the time of adoption which was handled by The Children's Home Society. Bmother was 22 yo at the time and worked as a clerical in a bank. She was of Irish, Scotch , Dutch, French, and English descent. Her DOB was 12/4/39. Bfather was 31 yo and of Irish, English descent.
