04/23/64 Details of my birth are very sketchy, however this is what I do know. I was born in Dr. King's office on the above date, this office was located on US 41 in Sarasota, My aunt Evelyn was the midwife and nurse at the office,My mother was blonde, very intelegent, and going to a job with the government that would not allow her to have a child. I beleive that some or all of thiis information my be ficticious due to the way my family reacts anytime the adoption is brought up. If you have any information that might help please respond.
