Female adoptee ISO Bfamily may have been born in Tampa at Tampa General. Looking for any Birth Family and/or Foster Parents. Birth Mother was described as tall with straight, long dark hair(Not much help) possibly 16/17 yrs old. Unknown info about Birth Father. Adoption finalized Oct. 21/22, 1964 thru Tampa Childrens Home. F ster Parent possibly from Brandon, FL area. They sent a can of formula that had a price sticker from "Brandon Drugs(?)" with me, also a letter about me.
