10/08/64 the above individual wishes to find out who her birth mother. She and her twin brother were born at Cape Canaveral Hospital in Cocoa Beach, Fl. Supposedly the birth mother was from the northern U.S. and her name may be Leigh or Lee. She was approximately 19 years old at the time of the adoption. muwar1@aol.com
