11/17/64 Desperately in search of birth mother & birth family!! I was born 11/17/64, St. Vincent's Hospital, Jacksonville, Duval County, Florida; was adopted three days later through Catholic Charities. Birth mother was born in the state of Maine; French-Canadia Catholic; first generation American; brown hair, hazel eyes; has a twin sister and older brother; HS graduate; hobby painting; occupation secretary. Father and brother were bankers and both played piano. Birth father possibly born in Maine; French-Cana ian Protestant; tall with brown hair and hazel eyes; HS graduate; served in the military; occupation was ski instructor.
