03/21/65 I am a female adoptee looking for any birth relatives. I was born in Jacksonville, Florida. I was adopted through Children's Home Society in either Jacksonville or Lakeland, Florida, on May 5, 1965 (6 weeks old). My birth mother was approx. 16 or 18 years old(to the best of my knowledge) with a petite build. I was told I had a heart murmur at birth,although not evident now.Was also told that my maternal grandmother owned a beauty shop in Jacksonville and that she and my birth mother had moved to Jacksonville from Pennsylvania. I believe my birth father was involved in the Military In Jacksonville area, but I am not positive. I was born with blonde hair and blue eyes, my hair is now brown. I was born at 7:32 am on March 21, 1965 and wieghed 6 LBS 8 OZ, approx. 21"long.I am now married and have two children(girls ages 8 and 12)and live in New Hampshire.If anyone has any information, please e-mail me at rsbc95@worldpath.net
