2-1/4 tsp active dry yeast
3 cups bread flour
1 Tbs grated lemon peel
1-1/2 tsp poppy seeds
1 tsp salt
2 Tbs sugar
4 Tbs nonfat dry milk
1 Tbs butter or margarine
1 cup warm water
1 egg
1 tsp lemon juice
Lemon Glaze
2 tsp butter or margarine
1 tsp grated lemon peel
4 Tbs powdered sugar
1 to 2 tsp lemon juice
Add bread ingredients into bread machine pan in the order specified by the owner's manual. Set machine for basic cycle. If desired, frost bread with lemon glaze after it cools. Cream butter with lemon peel and sugar. Gradually add lemon juice until mixture is smooth
and thin enough to drizzle.
