1 can creamed corn
8 oz sour cream
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs
3/4 cup vegetable oil
3 Tbs diced onion
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
3-4 jalapeno peppers, finely diced
2 cups yellow corn meal
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
Combine all ingredients until well blended. Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.
