BLUEBERRY TEA CAKE

2 cups flour, sifted
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 cups blueberries, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup butter

CRUMB TOPPING
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup butter

Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt. Cream butter and sugar. Add egg and milk; beat until smooth. Stir in flour, fold in blueberries. Spread in a greased and floured 8" or 9" baking pan. Sprinkle on the crumb topping and bake at 375 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
