1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2)
1 yellow cake mix (without pudding added)
3 oz pkg instant banana or vanilla pudding
1/2 cup oil
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Combine bananas, cake mix, pudding mix, oil, eggs and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Mix well and
beat at medium speed for 8 minutes. Combine nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg; set aside. Pour half of the cake batter into a greased 3-qt Bundt pan. Sprinkle with the cinnamon sugar mixture. Cover with remaining batter. Insert a knife into the batter and swirl through the layers, being careful not to overmix the layers. Bake for 55-60 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes. Invert onto rack to cool completely.
