4 salmon steaks
1 onion, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
1 pkg dry Alfredo sauce mix
lemon pepper
Tear 4 strips of heavy duty aluminum foil large enough to hold salmon and toppings. Place one salmon steak in center of foil. Place a slice of onion, a slice of lemon and a Tbs of butter on top of salmon. Sprinkle with lemon pepper and 1/4 pkg dry Alfredo sauce mix. Seal edges of the foil and pierce the top 2-3 times with a fork to allow steam to escape. Repeat with remaining salmon steaks. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
