FUDGE NUT PIE

1/4 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
8 oz semisweet chocolate, melted
2 tsps instant espresso powder
1 Tbs dark rum
1/4 cup flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked
walnut halves for garnish

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add chocolate, espresso powder and rum; mix well. Stir in flour and chopped walnuts. Pour into pie crust. Decorate top of pie with walnut halves. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Chill well before serving.
