5 or 6 potatoes, sliced
8 oz can whole green chiles
1 medium onion, sliced
1 cup Longhorn cheese, grated
1/2 cup Velveeta cheese, thinly sliced
4 strips bacon, cooked crisp
Layer half the potatoes, onions, chiles, Longhorn cheese, and Velveeta cheese in a greased 9x13 baking dish. Repeat layers. Top with pats of butter and crumbled bacon. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
