6 ears of corn
2 Tbs butter
2 green onions, sliced
2 Tbs chopped green pepper
1 large tomato, peeled and chopped
Cut corn kernels from cobs. Heat 1 Tbs of butter and add corn, green onions and green pepper. Cook for 3 minutes. Add tomato, and salt & pepper to taste. Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until
corn is tender. Stir in remaining butter.
