Green Chutney for Pani puri
- Tamarind-  lemon sized ball
 - Black salt powder (kala namak)- 1/2 tsp
 - Coriander chutney- 1 tsp
 - Red chili powder- 1/2 tsp
 - Coriander powder- 1/2 tsp
 - Cumin powder- 1/2 tsp
 - Salt
 - Lime juice- 2 tsps
 
Soak tamarind in water and strain. Add all the other ingredients to it. Mix well. Just before serving  add lime juice.
