Spicy Curry Powder
- Coriander seeds- 1/2 cup
 - Cumin seeds- 1/4 cup
 - Black mustard seeds- 1 tablespoon
 - Black peppers- 1 tsp
 - Red chilies- 5
 - Fenugreek seeds- 3/4 tsp
 - Turmeric powder- 2 tsps
 - Dried curry leaves- 20
 
In a heavy-bottomed  pan fry all the ingredients for 5 minutes over medium heat. Remove from heat. Grind all the roasted ingredients together to a powder. Store in an airtight container.
