On my semi-regular chats on IM, I always swore, up and down, that I would like to do a "Highlander" crossover with Disney. *LOL* I kept saying it for the past year or so, or maybe even longer then that, I daresay.
There was a long time where I was trying to get the "right" images and people to fit them. It was my sole project for an entire week until I felt forced to shelve the project for another time.
I, admitingly, love the whole "Highlander" concept. It was very original, IMO. It was only until they started on sequels that I started to feel a bit jaded about it.

Just for laughs, I talked about the idea of Disney having their own "Highlander" TV show. Of course, the whole "head chopping" bit would make certain recouring roles a big problem *LOL*

I thought this was a nice pic to do, far more sucessful then my previous attempts. I've tried using stuff in my Anime archives, and some stuff I've had scanned and even a mix of the two, To no real sucess. And then there was that disaster with that "Eilwony-Alice" pic. (Don't ask!!!)
I basically scanned the cover of my "Highlander: Endgame" DVD and worked from there. The "lightening" in the background I've had to do myself. I thought that it'd a sort of dynamic feel.
I just love the facial expressions with this one *LOL*. I mean, there is something I find cute about a woman with such a sweet smile, yet brandishing a sword. Jasmine's is just pure seriousness.
