Before I start on the subject of this article, I must apologise most sincerely for the content of the previous two. While being marketed as being about elephant tusks and monkey tongues respectively, they were anything but. The only excuse I can offer is that I was in La Paz (3,800 metres high) at the time I wrote them (which was some time like 26th July, probably), and my brain was a little oxygen starved.
Now, to the subject of this article, roast guinea pigs. I ate one while I was in Cuzco. It was very tasty.
