Dino Cornay is a true Western artist. Working primarily in Pencil, he has acquired his original technique through many years of experience. Born and reaised on a ranch in Northeastern new Mexico, he draws on this experience for much of his art. Dino's subjects consist manily of the American cowboy, horses and Rocky Mountain wildlife, all of which he greatly admires. The anatomy of the horse, which has long been a beautiful and challenging subject to the artist, can be seen in most of his work. Dino takes pride in authentically portraying the modern cowboy and his life and spends a great deal of time traveling to various ranches acquiring reaserarch and photographs. "There are many things I love to draw, but when people ask what my favorite subject is, the immediate answer is horses. All animals are interesting, yet God gave the horse something extra." ~ Dino Cornay Cornay Art PO Box 488 Folsom, New Mexico 88419 505-278-3567 |
