This is so hard to do. He was one of the very nicest people that I met on the zone and one of my very closest friends. I'm so glad I had the priveledge of knowing him. He was so sad that I could not meet with him and other team mates in California a few weeks ago. He even offered to buy me a ticket to come meet them but that was Hermmie.

I have never seen him in a bad mood, even when he wasn't feeling well and needed to go lay down. He would not leave one nite till he was sure I had a full team.

I said, "Hermmie I'll get a team, you go lay down."

He said, "No June, I'm not leaving here till I'm sure."

He was so dedidicated and always had us laughing.

I will miss you so much Rick,

You were like a brother to me.
