Diet: The Easy Way
Drop body fat. Put on lean muscle. Increase your enegry. It all sounds so hard, but is it? For many years the medical professionals told us that we needed to cut calories in order to loose weight. Thay were right to a degree in the fact that if a person is taking in less calories they will loose weight. But, what kind of weight are they loosing? When a person cuts calories they also loose muscle mass. In return, they have a much harder time loosing weight.
What if I told you that you could eat 5 to 6 time a day and burn more fat. It's true and it has worked for thousands of people.

Protein: this is going to be the building block of your new diet. Chicken and fish. Baked or grilled, not fried.
This is a must because the human body does not like to use protein as a fuel source.

Carbs. Taste great and are good for you but we as Americans eat far to mane of them. When eaten in the proper servings, they sustain the body through out the day whitout getting stored as fat.

FATS. Say good bye to fat and say good bye to love handles.

How many calories should I take in a day?
That all depends on your workout level (how active you are) and the amount of body fat you have. Skin fold or "pinch" tests can be given at a local gym and can estimate the amount of body fat on a person up to 1 % up or down. Then you take your LEAN body weight and multiply by ten for fat loss. By 13 to maintain body weight and by 15 to add lean body weight.
