DIET: PART 2
Now that you have a back ground to the program, let's take a look at an example:

Breakfest: 4 to 6 egg whites and one serving of oatmeal

A.M. snack: One chicken breast (or a can of tuna) and one serving of fruit.

Lunch: 2 chicken breasts and some plain pasta. Or very light sauce. One serving of veggies.

P.M. snack: low carb protein shake.

Dinner: 2 chicken breasts. Small salad and one serving of veggies.

Bed time snack. Something high protein. Ex. egg whites, fish, beef jerkey or chicken. NO CARBS!!!!!!!!!

The diet aqbove is set for the typical 190 to 200 lb. man. You may need to increase or decrease the calories to fit your needs.

A word about execrise:
No weight loss program will be 100 % effictive. It is trial and error to find what caloric needs your body demands. What is not trial and error is knowing that doing some sort of cardio work (jogging,walking,biking ect.)
will more then double your fat loss. A half hour 5 to 6 days a week and you will be well on your way to a new you.
Weight training is another must for fat loss. Infact, studies have shown that weight training burns more fat then cardio work alone. Plus it is the only thing that is proven to help spare leen muscle tissue during weight loss (the body would rather burn muscle rather then fat. Blame the cavemen)
Make sure to get on a regular workout program. You will feel better for it in the long run and so will your heart and back.

Cheating: Remember this is not a contest to see how much you can punish yourself.
Go ahead and cheat every so often. You don't have to give up every thing. Just try to eat well as often as you can. This new diet is going to take some getting used to so take your time and don't be to hard on yourself. Just be committed to do the best you can.

So, thats pretty much it for now. start to use these tips and workout 5 to 6 times a week and in a short time you will see and feel like a new you.
