lamb cutlets, prepared with potatoes and tomatoes.

  • Kebab Halabi:

minced meat with onions , spices and parsley charcoal-grilled.

  • Mansaf:

dish of rice and laban jameed with sherak bread aside and meat .

  • Musakhan:

taboun bread tossed in oil , onions and summaq and kernels spreal over, with chichen aside.

  • Mahashi:

any kind of vegetable (eggplant, aubergine, cucumber , totmato, potato, pumpkin, zuchinni) stuffed with rice and meat and cooked in tomato sauce or yogurt sauce with tamir hindi.

  • Ouzii:

rice , small cubes of vegetables (peas and carrots), meat and kernels all packed in dough pastry.

herbed rice with carrots cooked with chicken and kerneks sprinkled over.
