two layers of very sliced dough
(like hair) cooked with samneh and in betwwen the layers we have the
wonderful taste of fresh qishta and qater (sugar dissolved in water)poured
over.
milk and starch put on fire till
well boiled then poured on cups and refrigerated , sprinkled with coconut
and nuts.
bread crumbs mixed with samneh and
covered with cheese and poured over it qater(sugar dissolved in water)
toast and butter mix with the
seasoning of ma zahir covered with creamy cheese and nuts and qater (sugar
dissolved in water).
