I'm 51 years old, of which 27 years, I've spent in a wheelchair, due to an auto accident, that left me paralyzed. Nevertheless, I've never lost hope of walking someday. By the same token also, I haven't lost my time, and have gone ahead in this life. There are so many options, from where to chose to stay active and productive, even though, it's has been very hard. Sometimes, it's frustrating and depressing, when you can't do some things, because of your physical condition. But at the same time, seeing other people, that having a healthy body, don't know what to do with it. It is sad, but this motivates me to go on, and not look back, because there is no time for the past, we have to think and focus in the present now, since the future is coming, and if we are not prepared, we'll only see it go by. I believe that our health, is the most essential ingredient, to enjoy a longer, healthier and happier life. At the same time it gives us an oportunity, and it may be the only one to find our purpose in this life, before we are called away.
