This game will be a message board game in the begining. When we have enough players for a special events match, I will schedule a large fight on an ICQ room chat board.
The game is open to any amount of players. While it will be hack and slash intensive, I will have your characters deal with the daily and nightly life of a pit fighter.
Your character may be of any race, but preferably a humanoid kit or well done monster character. I would prefer not to see a whole federation of Drow elves trying to conquer the fighting circuit. I believe the drow would see themselves above this type of living, but you never know.
When creating a character keep this in mind. If you put a lot of advantages on your fighter and make him a Monty Hall unstopable character, you may find youselves up against creatures that you're not ready for. Please try to make characters that will be able to grow and take on lives of their own. You know...Roleplaying!!!
Go for something exotic, or at least odd. Make some signatrue quirks about your character and his name might start getting known around the fighters circuits.
Your character may have any background, but it must eventualy lead them to pit fighting for the last half a year. They could be a slave, or maybe a professional with an agent. Maybe they're doing it for the love of a woman, or maybe to gain vengance on that wizard who took the fighters brother and turned him into a monster for the underground fighters world.
Anything is possible. Apply for the game below and I'll send you a confirmation and instructions on begining the game. It may take a day or two to get back to you. In the mean time, make your fighter and prepare him for the pit.
