Purpose Of This Group
We are here because we want to succeed in online marketing. We are going to look at various opportunities and conduct some research before we even come close to join a particular company. We can create a check list for the things we are going to be looking for. For Example: how old is the company, how many members do they have, and compensation plan. Is it affordable for everyone in our group? What kind of products do they have? Quality of products? Are the products expensive? Does the company requires their members to purchase large quantities (inventory?) Does the company operates world wide (very important)? How do they charge? What merchants to they have? How do they pay their commissions? Can we have access to some of their new members, in between members, and old members? Is the upline, president, or administration be reachable. How long do they take to contact their members back? Do they require a lot of paper work? Is the paper work complex?

We could invite them to our group meeting for a presentation. Remember, we are tired of all the hype. We are looking to make a decent income. I think the hype is what can get us in trouble. We need to look at realistic numbers and then set goals. We need to make sure those goals can be reachable. For example: lets set a goal of a number of members we can bring here to the group. We already have 10. Can our goal be 20? 30? 50? before we start looking into companies.

We are going to need only one or two companies to work with. We might need to start all over again, but now we will have a plan.

Once we are ready to join a particular company, we need to device a plan. Questions we need to ask. Let's say we have 50 people in our group and we need 4 referrals in our group to break even, how are we going to join? In what order are we going to join?

We can do a lottery as who is going to join 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and so on until the 50th person has joined. Or we can join in the order in which we joined the group. Let's say mary joins, we are going to instruct as to who in our group is going to join mary and so on. Our goal would be to have the amount of members under us in order to break even. For those who join last, we know they are not going to have very many members under them. We as a group will develop a recuiting plan to help our members find their people and place them under them. This is why we are here. We can delop a co-op. If a co-op cost $200 and we have 50 members, that's only 4$ each. Do you see the difference. Remember we are going to be a group and who ever joins under us on that particular company will not be part of this group but if we let that person know what we are doing, that person will be welcome to our group and that will add power to us.

Questions we need to ask. Can the first 10, 20, 30, of all the members in this group have power? What if we grow to 100, 200, 1000? My suggestions will be that we can decide how many of us can govern (sort of say) this group, the fisrt 10, 20, 30 members?

We need to start thinking about a mailer system so we can mail our members. Doing it manually can take a long time. Or we can break it into clusters. For example I mail information to 10 memmbers, you email to 10 members, and he emails to 10 members, and so on. Or we can be responsible to email the info to those we brought into this group.

I know this is confussing and might sound far fetched, and it might not make any sense to you but I am only brain storming. This is why we need to have a group so we can work on all these issues.

Like I said, any one who would like to rewrite or expand on this, welcome.
Please create a web page so we can link it for the members to see.

Something else, if it sounds too complicated to put a little effort to make things happen from this group, think out how difficult it will be for you to do it alone. I am sure we all have been there.

Together we can move mountains...

Thanks Hector

Again, nothing here is writen in stone. We as a group will be working on these issues.
