Instructions to set up your TPM Rotator |
Steps. 1. Log into your TPM Rotator using your user name and pass word. 2. Click on the "Rotator Setup" link. It is the third link down on the left hand side on the blue box. This will take you to the "Setup Rotators" page. 3. There is a blank box under "Rotator Name". Give your Rotator a name. It can be any name. I named mine "$7-Plan Members links" This is so I know whick links I have in my Rotator. You can name it the same way if you like. Once you enter the name you are going to give to your rotator click on "Add" After you do that, the Rotator name will show up and below it, the blank box will appear. You just created your Rotator. Click on it. You will be in the "Rotator Setup" Page. Once you click on it, you will see on top of the page 2 links. One is short version and the other is a long version. I chose to use the short version but both work just fine. Now that you have created a Rotator, you need to add your links. Please make sure you have a list of your links so you can copy and paste. Never type your links because it is easy to make a mistake. 4. Below those 2 links, you will see "Site Name" and right below it you will see "Add Site". Click on "Add Site" Now you will see 2 blank boxes that say, "Site Name" and below it the other will say, "Site URL". 5. On the blank box that corresponds with "Site Name" enter a name. In this case if you are going to enter Billy's Link then enter what ever you want to identify that link with. In my case, I entered $7-Plan BillyG. I entered his first name and his last name initial so I now who that link belongs to. 6. Now, go get Billy's $7-Plan link and copy and paste it and place it in the blank box below where it says site URL. After you do that, Click on summit. After you click on summit you will be right back to the "Rotator Setup" page. But now you will see the name you gave to your site. 7. Go to step number 4 and repeat the procedure again. You will do this with every link you enter. When you enter your first 2 links, click on your rotator link which is the one on the "Rotator Setup" Page. You are going to advertise one of those 2 links all the time. Like I said, I used the shorter one. What you need to do is test your rotator. Copy and paste it and load ii in your browser. After you do that, the first link in your rotator will appear. Load your rotator link again and the second link you entered will appear. If you entered 10 links, one by one will appear. This means, when a person clicks on your Rotator link, one of the members' links is going to load in their browser. When another person clicks on your Rotator link, another member's link will load in their browser. It's like it will be spinning one at a time; taking turns. I hope this help and if you have any questions, please let me know. It's very easy. Just go through the steps slowly and you will get it in no time. When testing your rotators, make sure the names of the members appear on their $7-Plan sites. You might want to check their ID numbers too. Now that you know how to create a Rotator and add links to it, create a Rotator with the Splash Pages links. Those are the ones we are going to be advertising with. Hope you enjoy setting up your Rotator. Hector |
